Inflation Linked
until 30 November 2026
Not available at this term
- RSA Fixed Rate Retail Savings Bond runs to 2, 3, 5 years only, so there is no 10-year version of it. That is a fact about the product, not a gap in this table.
- RSA Retail Savings Top Up Bond runs to 3 years only, so there is no 10-year version of it. That is a fact about the product, not a gap in this table.

One chart, because only one of the two bonds runs to this term. Drawing a real rate and a nominal rate on the same axis would put the inflation-linked line in a flat strip along the bottom and invite exactly the conclusion this page exists to correct. For scale, inflation itself was 5.0% in June 2026. Treasury publishes 38 inflation-linked windows and lists one more — June to November 2012 — with no rate at all; that gap is theirs, and we show it as a gap rather than joining the line across it.
